Fibre
The wool has been sourced in the UK from British sheep and is mulesing-free. It has been dyed and spun in Scotland’s Outer Hebrides.
Fabric
Our Harris Tweed® fabric is handwoven by the islanders of the Scottish Outer Hebrides in their homes. It is an artisanal cloth connected to the wild Hebridean landscape, providing valuable employment for crofters and weavers in a remote island economy. Tweed is made by first dyeing the fibres and then spinning together different colours to create the signature melange look. This world-famous classic cloth is renowned for its durability, being practical to use and supporting energy and resource-efficient craftmanship.
Factory
Our outerwear supplier is a small factory located in Shenzhen, China. We have been working with Raymond and his team since 2019.
